Coaching is personal. A solid coaching relationship involves a great deal of trust and rapport. Noble Hill Consulting builds a strong, long-term relationship with its clients, allowing individuals to get to know us as much as we get to know them. 

ASSESSMENT INSIGHTS

Self-awareness is the first-step toward enabling behavioral change. To gather such insights, Noble Hill Consulting uses a broad set of valid and reliable personality assessments, coupled with behavioral feedback gathered from interviews. Together, we review these comprehensive insights, explore reflective questions, develop action plans, and provide accountability – all to help individuals gain confidence as they create new habits aligned with their goals.

Mark Kogelnik is a Certified Executive Coach, having completed extensive training at the Center for Executive Coaching, fully accredited with the International Coaching Federation.

HOW IT WORKS

To provide practice and accountability, Noble Hill Consulting  suggests beginning with a six-month coaching engagement (one session per month).  After six months, we can revisit the coaching commitment to determine what is most appropriate based upon progress made and long-term goals.

Coaching sessions will be conducted virtually or in-person. Coaching sessions will be scheduled for one hour but may occasionally require up to 90 minutes. Noble Hill Consulting  will also be available by phone and email in between scheduled sessions as time permits.

The coaching sessions will address – through exploratory questions – the current challenges and opportunities each individual is facing, strategies for practice and application, as well as a review of ongoing individual progress. Following each session, Noble Hill Consulting  will provide coaching notes to summarize learnings, insights and commitments. The notes will also assist with accountability and sustained behavior change.
