CULTURE AUDITS FOR ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

Understand the Culture You’ve Built and How to Strengthen It

When culture and strategy are aligned, people do their best work. Noble Hill’s Culture Audit gives leaders a clear, honest view of how employees experience the organization — and practical steps to reinforce what’s working and improve what’s not.

Whether you’re growing, evolving, or simply want to stay intentional about your workplace environment, we help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

TO ADVANCE CULTURE

How We Work

Our process blends data and dialogue. Every audit includes both a survey and in-depth employee interviews to capture the full picture of how your team experiences the culture — across departments, shifts, and leadership levels.

We customize each audit to your organization, but common focus areas include:

  • Alignment between the culture you have and the culture you want

  • Readiness for growth or transformation

  • Employee engagement, retention, and communication

  • Strengths that can be leveraged as competitive advantages

When to Consider a Culture Audit

A culture audit can provide value when leaders want to:

  • Build alignment within a newly formed or expanded team
  • Navigate growth, leadership change, or restructuring
  • Reconnect with employees during times of change or stress
  • Support mature teams looking to refine or evolve the culture
  • Reinforce and scale a thriving culture across locations or business units

Company Values

MAY SHIFT WITH THE CULTURE

OUR TWO-PHASE APPROACH

Phase I: Survey

We start with a 25-question survey that gives every employee the opportunity to share input. The survey covers five key engagement themes:

  • Work environment
  • Employee experience
  • Communication
  • Development
  • Innovation

The survey includes space for open-ended comments and is administered online and confidentially.

Phase II: Interviews

Next, we conduct one-on-one, confidential interviews with a representative cross-section of employees to dig deeper into the themes from the survey. These conversations provide context, nuance, and additional insight into what’s helping or hindering cultural alignment.

From Insight to Action

Every audit concludes with a summary of insights and recommendations, customized to your organization’s goals. Many of our clients use this as a foundation for leadership team discussions, employee engagement strategies, or broader change initiatives.

If needed, Noble Hill can also facilitate follow-up sessions or integrate these findings into ongoing leadership development or coaching engagements.
