360 DEGREE FEEDBACK ASSESSMENTS
360 Degree Feedback Assessments, which can be facilitated through an user-friendly, online survey or by consultant-conducted interviews, are designed to provide leaders with candid, anonymous feedback on important skills and competencies, as rated by key stakeholders including manager, peers, direct reports and others in the organization. The focus of the holistic feedback is strength-based and is used to create personal development and action plans tailored to individuals and their positions.
HOGAN ASSESSMENT SERVICES
The Hogan predicts job performance by assessing normal personality, derailment characteristics, core values and cognitive reasoning ability. Hogan’s Leadership Forecast Series offers three trademark assessments – the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory – to understand the characteristics, competencies and values that underlie how a person approaches work, leadership and interaction with others in the workplace.
THE INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INVENTORY® (IDI®)
The Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) is the premier cross-cultural assessment designed to strengthen intercultural awareness and understanding for individuals, teams and organizations. The IDI® measures the level of intercultural competence/sensitivity across a developmental continuum and provides practical, actionable steps to increase intercultural awareness and achieve diversity and inclusion goals and outcomes. Available in 17 languages and carefully back translated, the IDI® is a leading global assessment.

HOW IT WORKS
At Noble Hill, every engagement starts with a conversation. Because we have a portfolio of assessment offerings, we help our clients identify the best assessment solution based on business needs.
Once selected, assessments are administered using a convenient web-based platform and takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.
Upon completion of the assessment, the Noble Hill team will receive an automated report that, depending on the purpose of the assessment, may be shared with the individual who completed it or, in other cases, with leadership. These “Assessment Debriefs” are a high-touch service that come standard with every assessment purchased.
As an additional service, we can also conduct personality-based interviews on behalf of their clients, as a way to further maximize the use of assessment data. These interviews include a written report that summarize strengths, development opportunities and hiring recommendations.
Additional HR services (job analyses, interviewing and training) are provided as customized solutions and are scoped and delivered based on client needs.
