Mark begins every day with gratitude

Mark Kogelnik is a BMW enthusiast, a health and fitness guru and an eternal optimist. Mark loves to compete – in everything from ping-pong to Scrabble – and has a reputation for always being a good sport, win or lose.

Mark has spent his career developing leaders, building high performing teams and strengthening organizational cultures across a variety of industries. His approach to leadership development is client-focused and integrates assessment insights. Mark, a Certified Executive Coach, received his Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Youngstown State University and his Master of Arts in Psychology & Diversity Management from Cleveland State University.

Mark is an entrepreneur at heart – and always dreamed of starting and leading his own company. Prior to launching Noble Hill Consulting, Mark enjoyed a 15-year career with a boutique consulting firm where he served clients throughout the country and the world.

Noble Hill Consulting is proudly affiliated with DL Plummer & Associates, where Mark is a member of the Getting to We Team – a group of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging experts who support organizations and communities to leverage differences in order to drive business results.

Mark and his wife, Lacey, have a shared passion for traveling (Hawaii and Italy among their favorite places), hiking and biking Cleveland’s trails and making frequent visits to Mitchell’s ice cream.

Lacey loves to help people dream bigger than they can dream for themselves

Lacey is a Certified Professional Coach and servant leader, whose greatest joy (also her middle name) is helping students and clients realize their full potential.

As a higher education leader, Lacey has extensive experience in the areas of career coaching, leadership development and innovation and entrepreneurship. In her current role as Executive Director for Corporate & Organizational Engagement at Baldwin Wallace University, Lacey leads the institution’s strategic priority to build holistic partnerships with external stakeholders by providing a high-touch, concierge approach to all resources and opportunities throughout the campus.

Lacey brings these unique skills to Noble Hill Consulting, as well as her ability to develop early career professionals and emerging leaders. She is a champion for female leaders and a passionate advocate for social justice and equality for all.

Lacey, a proud Penguin, received her Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Editing and her Master of Arts in English, both from Youngstown State University.

Lacey is known for her determined, ‘find a way’ spirit. She is a certified Spinning™ Instructor and enjoys putting together the playlist as much as the ride. Lacey, who loves being outside and traveling with her husband, Mark, dreams of spending winters on the beach (far, far away from the snow!).
