OUR TWO-PHASE APPROACH

Phase I: Survey

We start with a 25-question survey that gives every employee the opportunity to share input. The survey covers five key engagement themes:

  • Work environment
  • Employee experience
  • Communication
  • Development
  • Innovation

The survey includes space for open-ended comments and is administered online and confidentially.

Phase II: Interviews

Next, we conduct one-on-one, confidential interviews with a representative cross-section of employees to dig deeper into the themes from the survey. These conversations provide context, nuance, and additional insight into what’s helping or hindering cultural alignment.

From Insight to Action

Every audit concludes with a summary of insights and recommendations, customized to your organization’s goals. Many of our clients use this as a foundation for leadership team discussions, employee engagement strategies, or broader change initiatives.

If needed, Noble Hill can also facilitate follow-up sessions or integrate these findings into ongoing leadership development or coaching engagements.

Noble Hill led our recent culture assessment, which involved an associate survey, one-on-one interviews, and multiple presentations to report out the findings and identify an action plan. We have a long history of working with Noble Hill Consulting, and chose to engage the consulting team to initiate a cultural survey of our existing associates prior to a merger that would double the size of our organization. We wanted to get a pulse of the associate engagement in advance of such a significant change. The team at Noble Hill Consulting organized an online questionnaire and facilitated in-depth, virtual interviews with a percentage of the respondents. The response rate was very high and our associates honestly shared the strengths and limitations of working in our organization. The Noble Hill team shared the results of the comprehensive assessment, first with our Leadership team, and following with all associates. The final report included a series of recommendations that we are currently acting on to continue to improve the culture of our business.
